- Annu Pal, Chief Executive Officer & Founder: Annu brings over 20 years of finance and business experience to LanTech and has built the business from its' infancy to develop it to where it is today. Prior to that, Annu has held various positions in business, finance and sales, including at Cable & Wireless. Annu holds a BA in Accounting, and a Masters in Business Administration. Besides her numerous professional responsibilities, Annu is active in community action, especially through her work with special education children.
- Arun Chawla, Chief Financial Officer: LanTech's CFO since 1997, Arun comes to LanTech with over 20 years of experience in Finance. Arun rose through the ranks from Staff Accountant at PWC to Senior Staff Accountant at Grant Thornton, he then became an assistant Comptroller at Quadrangle Development Corp, before becoming Treasurer and comptroller at PEPCO Enterprises (A PEPCO subsidiary notably specialized in Fiber-Optic installation). In that role, Arun had to review the financial statements of various subsidiaries, and analyze consolidated financial statements. He was also actively involved in merger and acquisitions, and responsible for cash flow projection and cash management. Arun holds a BS in Accounting and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1986.
- Deepak Pal, Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder: Deepak has had a successful 25-year career in technology spanning both technology, engineering and business roles. Deepak has come up through the technical ranks in the telecom industry, where he "cut his teeth" at ATT, GTE, and Cable and Wireless. The scope of the projects he managed grew as he became Director of Network and Operations at Swisscom and Senior Technical Officer at Startec Global. He then took on increasingly challenging technical advisory and management roles before becoming LanTech CTO in 2001. Deepak has been a driving force in LanTech's growth and development and he has also become a favorite guest speaker and panelist to discuss different technology-related issues in government. Deepak holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, a Masters of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (Cornell University) and a Masters of Business Administration. Deepak's technical skills training and certifications are too numerous to list.
- Greg Adams, Vice President of Sales & Marketing: Before joining LanTech in February 2009, Greg has had a 20-year sales and marketing career including international business in Europe before starting his government -focused career over 14 years ago, when Greg went to work for the Department of Defense. After a short but very productive stint at DoD, Greg decided to sell technology to the government and he quickly became quite successful at it. Greg helped different agencies gain wireless access to enterprise data before it became ubiquitous (while working for Arch and Nextel). Greg then focused on Web 2.0 technologies and built a government Sales practice from the ground up for Mirror Image Internet. After 2 ½ years, the program he managed delivered over 500% ROI. Greg moved on to replicate his success at Netli and Akamai (where Greg held various strategic roles). During this time, he notably cloud-connected the entire USPS Web-site infrastructure within the framework of a very large 6-year contract. Greg holds a Bachelors in Business Economics and a Masters in International Administration. Greg speaks five languages.
