Deepak Pal

CEO and Co-Founder

Co-Founder and Co-Owner of LanTech. Positioned the company in the Government sector through achieving the GSA, SBA 8(a)/SDB, MBE, DBE, and WBE certifications, business strategy(ies), alliances, partnerships, customer focus and go-to-market strategy(ies).

Deepak works closely with the Executive Sales staff to development marketing, sales, and proposal writing) processes/approaches. Deepak leads a team of Program/Project managers for the timely delivery of all the deliverables to the customers. He also oversees the company's financials, engineering, and administrative staff/team.

Deepak received his BS degree in Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his Engineering MS from Cornell University.

Carl Ramsey

Vice President Strategic Business Development - Commercial

Carl directs the development of sales and marketing infrastructure for LanTech commercial IT service offerings including Managed Cloud Services, Professional Cloud Services, and Managed IT Services. Carl contributes a wealth of technology sales and marketing expertise to LanTech. Carl possesses extensive experience in the areas of sales development, marketing, new business development, strategic business planning, and technology systems design and implementation.

Prior to LanTech, Carl served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for DP Solutions, a Maryland IT company providing on-prem and cloud managed technology services to the Mid Atlantic SMB market.

Carl served as Business Manager/Chief Executive Officer, U.S. Operations for Cyntric Solutions, Inc., a Maryland based technology company with offshore offices in Bangalore, India, and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Cyntric supplies eSolutions to the SMB market. Carl directed the overall domestic business development, professional services, and strategic operations of the company for 12 years.

Carl also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Verio DC, part of the worlds largest Internet and e-commerce company. At Verio DC, Carl created and executed diverse sales and marketing initiatives, launched Verio Web Design, directed reseller and indirect channel activities, implemented

Carl is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He also completed business and finance post-graduate work at Catholic University Graduate School, and attended George Mason School of Law.
